From idea to ads that work.

A to B Creative is a Boston creative production studio. We make fresh ad creative for businesses running paid social on Meta and TikTok. One brief, one invoice, and the right mix of AI and human talent for every job.

Why fresh, distinct ads matter

Ad platforms like Meta now use the ad itself to decide who sees it. A handful of similar ads gives them little to work with. Several genuinely different concepts give them more ways to find your next customer.

01

Ads wear out

By the fourth time someone sees the same ad, Meta found they're about 45% less likely to convert. Every repeat costs you more.

02

Different beats more

Fifteen near-copies count as one idea. We build five distinct concepts: new angles, people, formats and offers.

03

Results you can read

At 30 days you get a plain readout: which ads won, what each customer cost and what to make next.

Better creative + different ads = better results

Better creative

49%

of the sales lift from advertising comes from the creative itself, the single biggest driver, ahead of brand, reach, targeting and timing. On social campaigns, it's 46%.

NCSolutions & Nielsen, 2023 (about 450 campaigns)
56%

of an ad's impact on purchase intent comes from creative quality, compared with 44% from where the ad runs.

Magna & Yahoo, 2023

Different ads, not the same one on repeat

45%

drop in the likelihood of a conversion by the time someone has seen the same creative four times.

Analytics at Meta, 2023
19%

of all Meta ad impressions are seen by someone who has already viewed that same creative more than five times.

Analytics at Meta, 2023
8%

average lift in conversion rate when new creative was added to heavily fatigued ad sets, across about 26,000 tests.

Analytics at Meta, 2023
32%

more efficient results for advertisers who diversified their creative.

Meta Performance 5 (2021 advertiser data)

Meta's own researchers found no "warm-up" benefit from repeating an ad for sales-focused campaigns: results get more expensive with every repeat view. Their conclusion is to spread repetition across many different-looking ads. These figures come from large studies of other advertisers' campaigns; your readout shows your own numbers.

Ad creative for businesses already running ads

We work best with businesses that already advertise on Meta or TikTok and need a steady supply of new creative, and with businesses ready to run their first ads.

  • Consumer brands and online stores

Product brands whose best ads have been running for months.

    • UGC testimonials and unboxings
    • Launch creative for new products
    • Product page image sets
  • Gyms and fitness studios

Studios competing for members in a crowded local feed.

    • Membership and class promos
    • Member testimonial videos
    • Seasonal campaigns, like January pushes
  • Med spas and clinics

Practices that need content that builds trust.

    • Treatment explainer videos
    • Real before-and-afters, with consent
    • FAQ videos for your site and ads

How it works

You approve the ideas before anything gets made, and you see nothing I haven't reviewed first.

  1. Day 0

Kickoff call. You share your goal, your brand assets and your current ad results.

  2. Day 2

Five distinct concepts come to you for approval.

  3. Days 3–8

The team produces the ads. I check every draft against the brief.

  4. Day 10

15 finished ads, sized and ready to launch.

  5. Day 40

Results readout: which ads brought in customers at the lowest cost, and what to make next.

One contact. The right team.

Think of it like a wedding planner for your ads. I pick the specialists for each job, whether that's a video editor, UGC creators, a photographer or an AI specialist, and manage them start to finish. You deal only with me.

What I'm responsible for

  • Every ad matches the brief you approved
  • Deadlines are met
  • Anything that misses the brief gets fixed at no extra cost
  • Usage rights for your ads are included
  • An honest readout of what worked and what didn't

What I won't promise

  • Specific sales numbers. Results also depend on your product, offer and budget
  • AI faces presented as real customers
Jacquan, founder and creative producer of A to B Creative in Boston

A Boston studio built on connection

I'm Jacquan, the creative producer behind A to B Creative. I started the studio in Boston because growing businesses kept running into the same problem: they needed a steady flow of new ads but didn't have a production team, and managing freelancers took more time than they had.

A to B is the connection between your idea and the right people to make it. You bring the goal; I bring the team, run the project and check every asset before you see it.

I've spent 7 years in marketing and analytics at companies including Amazon Live, HubSpot, NBC, Disney, Bleacher Report and Wayfair, so every project ends with numbers, not just files.

“I've seen what separates ads that sell from ads that don't at some of the biggest brands in media and e-commerce. A to B brings that to growing businesses.”

Frequently asked questions

What does A to B Creative do?

A to B Creative is a creative production studio based in Boston. We produce ad creative for businesses running paid social on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok: UGC videos, short-form video ads, static ads and ad copy. You deal with one producer, and a vetted team of specialists does the hands-on work.

How much does the Ad Refresh Sprint cost?

$2,000, fixed. That covers 15 new ads across 5 distinct concepts in feed and story sizes, one revision round, delivery in 10 business days and a results readout at 30 days. There's no retainer or annual contract.

Can I try a smaller project first?

Yes. A 2-concept pilot lets you see how we work before committing to a full sprint. Ask about it on your intro call.

We're not running ads yet. Where do we start?

With the Ad Starter: a 45-minute kickoff, 6 ads across 3 distinct concepts, and a one-page guide to launching your first test, delivered in 7 business days for $1,000. Once you have about a month of results, we can build an Ad Refresh Sprint on the ads that worked.

Do you clip podcasts and YouTube videos?

Yes, for clients, through our Clip Engine add-on. We turn the long videos you already record into 16 short clips a month for YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, with captions, titles, thumbnails and a monthly report on which clips performed best.

Who actually makes the ads?

A vetted team I've tested on paid work: video editors, UGC creators, photographers, copywriters and AI specialists. I match the person to the job, review every asset against your brief and I'm accountable for the result.

Do you use AI?

Where it's faster and just as good, like extra backgrounds, product variations and resizing. Real people are used where trust matters, like testimonials and before-and-after results. You'll always know which assets are AI-made, and we never present AI faces as real customers.

Will this increase my sales?

I can't promise sales, because they also depend on your product, offer and budget. I can promise more genuinely different ads to test and a clear readout of which ones brought in customers at the lowest cost, so you know what to make more of.

Can't I just hire an editor or use a UGC platform?

You could, but then you're the one writing briefs, choosing creators, checking work and chasing deadlines. Those platforms give you people or raw videos. I deliver finished ads, reviewed and ready to launch.

Who owns the ads?

You do. Usage rights for paid advertising are included, and every creator on the team signs over the rights needed for you to run the ads.

Do you only work with Boston businesses?

No. A to B Creative is based in Boston, and most projects run fully online, so we work with businesses across the U.S.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo and brand colors, photos or samples of what you sell, and a screenshot of your last 30 days of ad results so we can measure what changes.

Ads gone stale? Let's talk.

A 20-minute call to look at what you're running now and whether a sprint makes sense. You'll answer a few quick questions when you book, so I come prepared with ideas for your business.
